Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of My TV Player websites and applications operated by Quansight Consulting SAS. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Service description
My TV Player is a player and playlist manager. We do not provide, resell, or rebroadcast TV channels, movies, or series. You supply M3U/M3U+ or Xtream sources and are responsible for their legality in your jurisdiction. See the Service disclaimer.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Account security
Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account until you report unauthorized access. Enable two-factor authentication when available. Notify us immediately at if you suspect compromise.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not import, distribute, or share content you lack rights to access.
- Do not circumvent device limits, share one paid account commercially, or resell access.
- Do not attack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our APIs.
- Do not use the service to transmit malware or unlawful material.
- Do not misrepresent affiliation with My TV Player or rights holders.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Prices include applicable VAT for EU consumers where shown. Purchases are processed by Paddle as merchant of record, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on each renewal, and Paddle appears on your statement. Failed payments may downgrade your account after a grace period.
- Upgrades take effect immediately; we prorate unused time.
- Downgrades apply at the next renewal.
- Refunds: EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days of first paid subscription if the service was not substantially used. Contact .
- Lifetime tiers are non-refundable after 14 days except where law requires otherwise.
6. Free tier
We may change Free plan limits with 30 days notice. Free accounts may receive product update emails; you can opt out in Settings.
7. Intellectual property
We own the My TV Player name, logos, UI, and software. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the apps for personal or internal business use per your plan. Playlist content remains yours or your provider's.
8. Third-party services
Streams and EPG come from sources you configure. Third-party app stores and platforms have their own terms. Paddle, our merchant of record, processes payments and issues invoices under its terms.
9. Diagnostics and telemetry
The apps send crash reports and error diagnostics to Sentry (EU-hosted ingestion) by default to keep the service stable and improve quality. These reports include app version and OS information, session counts, and sampled performance timings. They never include playlists, viewing activity, or credentials. You can turn crash reports off at any time in the app under Settings > Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Availability & changes
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, APIs, or these Terms. Material Term changes will be announced 30 days in advance; continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. STREAM AVAILABILITY DEPENDS ON THIRD PARTIES.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR €50 IF YOU USE ONLY THE FREE TIER. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your playlists, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Courts in Paris have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. These Terms are drafted in English; translations are provided for convenience and the English text prevails.
